We are searching for an innovative technical leader to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and unit test Restful API in accordance with established standards.
  2. Implement security and data protection.
  3. Do reviews of solution designs and related code.
  4. Database query optimization & design and implement scalable database schemas that represent and support business processes.
  5. Implement web applications in Python, SQL, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
  6. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  7. Maintain client relationships and ensure Company deliverables meet highest expectations of the client.
  8. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and mobile-based business applications.
  9. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
  10. Package and support deployment of releases.
  11. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
  12. Assess opportunities for application and process improvement Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
  13. Research and evaluate a variety of software products.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. Minimum Requirements 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer.
  2. Must have a minimum of 3 years of working experience with Django/Flask.
  3. Must have exp with CI/CD pipeline.
  4. Must have exp with AWS/ Azure / GCP.
  5. Experience in Project Deployment ( Automation) , PR review or TL.
  6. Prior experience in a technical leadership position.
  7. College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  8. Must possess strong knowledge and working experience with the PostgreSQL database, enabling the ability to write or optimize existing queries.
  9. Strong knowledge of Git.
  10. Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
  11. Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories.
  12. Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  13. Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
  14. Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
