Instead, we will introduce you to the original founder/owner. We encourage exploring mutual synergies, Joint Ventures, or licensing opportunities to provide you with a faster, more stable Go-To-Market (GTM) path.
• Requests for Similar Products: If you seek to develop a product with similar functionality, please contact us at hello@bombaysoftwares.com. We will conduct a conflict-of-interest check to ensure no IP is compromised. If there is a direct match, we will facilitate an introduction for licensing/JV; otherwise, we will treat your request as a fresh, independent project.

9. Formal IP Transfer and Project Handover

We ensure a transparent and complete transition of ownership at the conclusion of our engagement.

• Timeline of Transfer: The official transfer of Intellectual Property and ownership occurs upon the successful completion of the contract and when all agreed-upon terms and conditions have been fulfilled.
• What is Transferred: To ensure the client has full autonomy over their product, Bombay Softwares will hand over:

• Documentation: All technical documentation, architecture maps, and user manuals created during development.
  
• Account Access: Full administrative ownership of any third-party accounts, hosting environments, or digital assets managed or created by us on the client’s behalf.
• Official Confirmation: This transfer is formalized via an official "Certificate of IP Transfer" sent via email from the Office of the CEO. This serves as the final record of the transition of all digital assets and rights to the client.
