Hello, I am Ashish Panwar, currently working as a Staff Software Engineer (SDE-3) at Bombay Softwares.

My role primarily revolves around frontend development, where I oversee the entire lifecycle of software development from conceptualization to deployment.

I am passionate about building innovative, secure, and high-performing applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Additionally, I collaborate closely with clients, helping them refine their product's frontend experience while also mentoring and leading the frontend team at Bombay Softwares.

What inspired you to pursue a career in the tech industry, and how did you land at Bombay Softwares?

From an early age, I was always drawn to technology and innovation. Keeping up with the latest tech trends and exploring new advancements fascinated me, and I knew I wanted to be part of an industry where I could continuously learn and contribute.

While working in the industry, I came across Bombay Softwares through a source, and after researching the company, I realized that its vision aligned perfectly with mine.

Could you share a project that you take immense pride in?

I take immense pride in any project that challenges me to learn something new, but two projects stand out the most.

The first one is an event seat-booking platform, which I developed with an incredible team in less than two months.

The project was technically demanding and came with tight deadlines, but with strong teamwork and problem-solving, we successfully delivered a robust, high-performance platform on time.

The second project was a chatbot application, which involved complex AI-driven interactions and cutting-edge technologies.

Despite its challenges, we delivered the solution at a remarkable pace, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

These projects reinforced my belief in team collaboration and innovative problem-solving.

How do you spend your time outside of work?

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, whether it's enjoying good food, going on a trip, or watching a movie.

I’m also passionate about long bike rides, and I often go on weekend rides to explore new places.

These moments allow me to relax, recharge, and find inspiration, helping me stay motivated and focused in my professional life.
