Sr. Executive - Human Resources

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team as Senior Executive in Human Resources. The successful candidate will play a key role in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations & administration.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, and the ability to contribute to a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  1. Independently manage recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  2. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Create Compensation structures, obtain approvals and negotiate with candidates.
  4. Address employee queries promptly and fairly, fostering a positive work environment.
  5. Performance Management: Assist in the performance management processes.
  6. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and generate various letters ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  7. Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
  8. Assist in the development of compensation structures and conduct salary reviews.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and suggest necessary adjustments.
  11. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration activities.
  12. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organisation.
  13. Employee Engagement: Assist in employee engagement initiatives, organising relevant activities and events.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. Experience: 2 - 4 years
  2. Education: MBA (HR) preferred.
  3. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Profound understanding of HR functions/processes, fostering a positive work culture.
  6. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT & Non IT Recruitments, HR Operations & administration.
  7. Must have knowledge of Statutory compliances.
  8. Proficient in using MS office tools, with a grasp of basic excel formulas.
  9. Preferred - Experience of working on Zoho People.
