Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding them through technical decisions, architectural design, code quality, and performance optimization.
  2. End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
  3. Project Ownership: Own the delivery of key features and initiatives; ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business goals, and maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  5. Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, implement testing strategies, and promote best practices in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Innovation & Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to propose new solutions and improvements.
  7. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation to support team onboarding and future development.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  2. 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
  3. Strong expertise in front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  4. Deep experience in back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
  5. Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous architectures.
  6. Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  7. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  8. Strong grasp of system design, software architecture, and microservices-based systems.
  9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

  1. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  2. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  3. Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
