We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer who is proficient in modern backend technologies and thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, and be comfortable managing production systems, including occasional after-hours support through PagerDuty.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and enhance full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
  2. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while building scalable RESTful APIs.
  3. Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack.
  4. Contribute to architectural discussions and participate in code reviews.
  5. Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  6. Take ownership of assigned modules and support junior developers when required.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and databases.
  8. Build and maintain unit/integration tests and work with CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
  9. Ensure production systems run reliably and support operational excellence.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. Min 3+ years of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
  2. Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
  3. Hands-on experience with Postgres and Redis.
  4. Ability and willingness to work overtime when required and provide after-hours support via PagerDuty.
  5. Solid understanding of backend architecture, API development, and microservices.

Good to Have

  1. Knowledge of Docker and frameworks like Fastify.
  2. Deep experience using AI coding agents — Claude Code expertise is highly preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems — including EVM, Solana, smart contracts, DEX/AMM, NFTs, and general Web3 concepts.
